Wedding Venues
The Chalet Event Center
Rocklin, CA - Right off I80 and Rocklin Rd and you will not hear the freeway. The main hall holds around 200 guests with room for dancing and can be customized with decor to fit any style. The back patio is the perfect spot for your ceremony! The owner and staff are amazing to work with. You have to check them out!
Lake Natoma Inn
Folsom, CA - Located in quaint historic Folsom, Lake Natoma Inn has everything you need. The staff is friendly and competent. They have tables and chairs on location. Several rooms of different sizes are available, plus the lovely outdoor space. And right next door is the American River, a great spot to escape to during cocktail hour for dreamy photos!
Sheldon Inn
Wilton, CA - Located on Grant Line Rd near Hwy 99, Sheldon Inn is easy to get to, yet surrounded by rustic country. You get the beauty of a backyard wedding, with plenty of parking, a stunning bridal cottage, and an amazing event staff. Plus, you can return to celebrate your anniversary at one of the nicest restaurants around.
Ironstone Vineyards
Murphys, CA - This breathtaking venue is located in Calaveras County Near Angels Camp and the Big Trees. This vast property allows for many options to customize your wedding. The Garden Breezway is unique and beautiful. With the bridal and wedding suite, and the onsite food service you will be well taken care of.
Heavenly Harvest Farm
Wilton, CA - If you hold your event in June-August, you will be treated to hundreds of lotus flowers in bloom! But the location is welcoming, open, and tranquil all year round- a real escape! There are lots of areas to use and the lawns are huge. You can comfortably host a very large party. And you will love the bride’s cottage!
Delta Diamond Farm
Isleton, CA - Along the Sacramento River, you’ll find an idyllic location. They have a large classic barn (you’ll want to see the groom’s loft!), a gorgeous, classic courtyard, and large open lawn. Their staff is so helpful and efficient. And they have a lot of chic props for you to use. You will love it!

Sacramento, CA - Jace is on his toes! He has a great energy and will help your wedding party and guests keep up their energy for some amazing shots. He uses his hands a lot and is very clear when giving directions during posed photos. He is All In at your event- I’ve seen him jump up and rush across the room when he noticed a candid moment he wanted to capture.

Based in Davis CA. Strelizia Flower Company is one of the best floral teams in the area. We love the arrangements they have created for our couples!
Flowers In Design / Madison Florist
Kimberly is based in Elk Grove CA and now Owns Madison Florist in Sacramento CA. We love her work and the added decor she offers. She and her team are great!
Caterers & Bar
Our Prefered Venues
The Chalet Event Center, Ironstone Vineyards, Lake Natoma Inn, and Sheldon Inn all provide onsite catering, bartending, and waitstaff. This is a huge plus! With all these services under one roof, there is efficiency and peace of mind. If you are holding your wedding or event at one of these venues or one like them, you will be pleased with this bonus service.
A Ke Taco
This is the best food truck Mexican catering we have ever worked with. Not only is the food delicioso but they are fast and efficient, which is key when working with food trucks who may not normally work weddings.
Behind Bars
Chanty Barnhardt has been a main fixture of Elk Grove and runs Hay Tones in Franklin. She is now taking her amazing bar service on the road and will be a perfect addition to your event.
Guerrilla Ronin Culinary
Chef Erick is a master at BBQ and smoked meats. His mac and cheese to die for. It’s hard not to go back for seconds.
Bakers
Biancaakaa Bakes
We love the cake and desserts Biancaakaa makes. They are so delicious, she has amazingly creative designs, and her service is excellent.
Palette Cakes
Palette Cakes is now based in Carmichel, CA. We love their style! Their creativity is amazing and the flavor is to die for.
Hair & Make-up
We don’t get the opportunity to work with hair and makeup artists directly. They are often done or wrapping up by the time we show up to the venue. Still, we love their work! Here are links to the hair and makeup artists that have made our past brides and bridesmaids look amazing!
Officiants

Larcom’s Lighting
Sacramento, CA - All the lighting we don’t offer. Some spaces just need to be lit better. Jeff and his team are experts at adding lighting where it’s needed.
